With over two decades of experience designing and shipping software at Microsoft I have had the rare opportunity of contributing in all three major technical disciplines including SDET, Development and Program/Project Management. Throughout my career, I have been driven by an unmistakable passion for accurately understanding our customers' perspectives. This passion drives me to focus on designing solutions that leverage technology to simplify tasks and improve customer satisfaction. This passion has also led me to become an evangelist inside or outside the company for training engineers on how to create systems that allow customers' voices to be heard while using this data to build the right solutions at the right time.
