He worked at Breault Research Organization for ten years (1986-1996) as a developer and Project Manager for interferometric, robotic, and light-scatter measurement products.

He founded ESDI (sold 2015), RJCB Consulting LLC, Spectra Insight LLC, and cofounded HumanWisdom LLC.

Engineering Synthesis Design (ESDI) developed and sold interferometric products for the optical, fiber optic, and automotive industries.

He sold ESDI to Mahr a German based metrology company in 2015.At RJCB Consulting, Raymond offers product design and development services involving the integration of mechanics, optics, electronics, robotic automation, and software.
