Healthcare access is not complete when a consultation ends. It is complete when the patient can move reliably to the next step.
I am a physician, entrepreneur and healthcare-systems builder with more than two decades of experience across emergency medicine, remote care, public health and organizational leadership in the Caribbean and the United States.
I founded GoDocta around a simple conviction: diseases do not stop at borders, so neither should care.
GoDocta is building the healthcare operating system for fragmented island and emerging markets, connecting patients, physicians, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, insurers, employers and care partners through one coordinated, technology-enabled network. Our focus is not another isolated tele-health encounter. It is making care accessible, continuous and actionable across institutions, communities and borders.
That perspective is grounded in lived experience. I have delivered care in resource-constrained environments, led health services for more than 1,400 people through the COVID-19 pandemic, facilitated the training of more than 250 healthcare professionals in emergency response, and built Urgent Care SKN into a commercially viable, technology-enabled care model.
GoDocta is part of the Interplay Ventures ecosystem and Accelerator portfolio. We were selected for TechCrunch Startup Battlefield 200, and remains the only Caribbean company to date; and one of four selected from Latin America and the Caribbean in 2023.
Today, I am focused on expanding GoDocta’s cross-border care network, CareConnect360 and institutional partnerships across healthcare, tourism, insurance, corporate wellness and government.
I welcome substantive conversations with investors, health-system leaders, insurers, hospitality groups, governments and strategic partners committed to building more connected and resilient health systems.
