With over 10 years of experience in software engineering and management, I am passionate about building and leading high-performing teams that deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions. My field of expertise is machine learning and personalization, where I leverage cutting-edge technologies and data-driven approaches to create large-scale personalized recommendations. I am currently a Senior Engineering Manager at Uber, where I lead a team of engineers and scientists that work on improving the user experience and engagement across Uber's products and services using Machine Learning, Agentic AI, Multi-agent System etc.

Prior to joining Uber, I was an Engineering Leader at Amazon, where I was the engineering and product lead for a team of scientists, engineers, and product managers. We used machine learning to create personalized recommendations for millions of customers across Amazon's e-commerce platforms. We also built and deployed systems and algorithms that helped prevent fraud and abuse on Amazon's marketplace. Some of the skills that I used and developed in this role include manufacturing process improvement, databases, software development, and AWS. I received the Door Desk Award, one of the highest honors at Amazon, for my outstanding contributions to the company's growth and customer satisfaction.
