Ms. Stepien is a proven technical executive in the Aerospace, Defense, and Technology industries. She is a passionate and driven leader, engineer, and innovator. She currently serves as the Founder of Igniter Engineering, a specialized engineering firm that delivers custom AI models, hardware and software integration services, and advanced manufacturing solutions for the Aerospace, Defense, and Technology sectors.

In addition, Ms. Stepien serves as a Distinguished Advisor and Board Member on the Georgia Tech Aerospace Systems Design Laboratory (ASDL) External Advisory Board (EAB), following the completion of her master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Tech earlier in her career.
