Dennis Joyce is a Founding General Partner at TVF, where he leads early-stage venture investments with a disciplined, data-driven approach. He plays a central role in developing and executing TVF's strategy at the "post pre-seed" stage, investing in companies with a working product, early traction, and a credible path to scale. Dennis is responsible for sourcing and diligence leadership, Investment Committee coordination, capital call operations, and limited partner engagement. He also contributes to post-investment company support, with a particular focus on founder relations and fundraising strategy.

Dennis has led or co-led investments in several standout portfolio companies, including FlavorCloud, Vega, and Outbound.ai from Fund I and Datafi and No Limbits from Fund II. His investment track record reflects a strong commitment to founder quality, business fundamentals, and scalable go-to-market models.

Prior to founding TVF, Dennis spent seven years as an active angel investor and screening committee member with the Alliance of Angels, the largest angel group in the Pacific Northwest, and the Puget Sound Venture Club, which later merged into AoA. Before his venture career, Dennis served as a portfolio manager and family office lead for a decade, overseeing real estate investments, refinancing strategies, and stakeholder governance.

Dennis holds a B.A. in History with a concentration in Japanese and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, where he was selected for the Applied Investment Management Program under the mentorship of CIO Scott Malpass.

He currently serves as Board Chair of the William Factory Business Incubator in Tacoma and is actively engaged with the Bellarmine Prep community.
