I’ve built and scaled products across global institutions and early-stage ventures — leading strategy, go-to-market, and execution from concept through adoption. My work has spanned launching AI-first platforms, building teams, winning enterprise customers, and translating complex technology into measurable commercial outcomes.

Most recently, I operated as a founding COO of an AI RegTech venture, taking the product from zero to early market traction — shaping product and GTM, working hands-on with engineers and customers, and establishing the operating cadence to scale.

Before that, I spent several years in senior strategy, operations, and chief-of-staff–style roles inside tier-1 banks, driving AI, data, and growth initiatives across markets and working closely with executive leadership.

I’m most effective in roles that sit between strategy and execution — where ambiguity is high, decisions matter, and progress depends on strong operating judgment.
