Over the past decade, I’ve led product, growth, and AI initiatives for portfolios up to $70 million, launching products used by millions.

Work I’m proud of includes:

• Architecting QuickDigest with an AI consultant, an AI-assisted workflow that unified content, accreditation, and production in a single source of truth. Human-in-the-loop controls supported auditability and compliance, reduced production time from 14 days to under 15 minutes, and delivered approximately $2 million in annual operating savings.
• Leading ClinicalPulse at Wolters Kluwer from discovery through launch. The mobile-first, multimodal continuing education platform achieved an NPS of 78. I also helped secure a three-year revenue-share partnership with the California Association for Nurse Practitioners, expanding its potential reach to California’s 45,000+ NPs.
• Building Pearson Interactive Labs for Microbiology, a CODiE Award-winning adaptive learning platform that enabled students to practice laboratory techniques in a virtual environment and was used by millions of higher-education students.
• Serving on the executive team that led the carve-out of Learner’s Digest International from Wolters Kluwer into an independent, private equity-backed company. The work included migrating 36,000 customers with zero downtime. I later led a headless commerce modernization that resolved sitewide latency.

I’m focused on building AI products and systems for high-stakes, regulated environments such as healthcare and professional education. When a nurse practitioner completes a clinical pharmacology module or a student performs a Gram stain in a virtual lab, accuracy and trust are not optional. I work alongside teams to preserve expert judgment and introduce technology responsibly so we leave the system and the lives it touches better than we found them.
