Transforming the Future of Work Through Human Capability
I believe the future of work won't be defined by artificial intelligence alone ... it will be shaped by how well we recognize, develop, and activate human potential.
I'm the Founder and CEO of AETHEON, a workforce intelligence platform helping organizations make the invisible visible by translating lived experience into verified human capability. Our work enables employers, educators, workforce systems, and individuals to better understand the skills they already have, the capabilities they'll need next, and how to prepare for a future where AI and human intelligence work together.
Over the course of my career, I've had the privilege of building global communities, leading workforce and leadership initiatives, and working alongside organizations committed to developing people rather than simply managing talent. Today, I also advise a select group of senior leaders and organizations navigating workforce transformation, AI readiness, leadership, and human-centered organizational strategy.
My work is deeply influenced by the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard University, where I serve as Co-Chair of the Flourishing at Work Community of Practice. I believe flourishing isn't just a personal aspiration; it's a strategic advantage for organizations seeking to build resilient, adaptable, and future-ready workforces.
I'm particularly passionate about helping people whose capabilities have been overlooked by traditional systems including veterans, caregivers, career changers, frontline workers, students, and lifelong learners. Every person carries a wealth of experience that deserves to be recognized, translated, and activated.
Whether through AETHEON, executive advisory, speaking, or collaborative partnerships, my mission remains the same: to help people and organizations thrive in a world being reshaped by AI while keeping humanity at the center.
If you're exploring the future of work, workforce transformation, human capability, or organizational flourishing, I'd welcome the opportunity to connect.
