Our organizations and educational systems need to adapt to the rapidly changing economic landscape. With AI and automation taking away routine, predictable jobs, creativity has risen as the top most skill to possess. Organizations that are able to harness employee creativity have a stronger competitive advantage over others. At an individual level, people who are more creative will find it easier to be successful regardless of their industry or domain.

Yet, most organizational cultures and school environments stifle creativity instead of nurturing. I have spent over 10,000 hours in understanding and implementing cognitive creativity (ability to come up with novel and useful ideas) using the neuroscience behind creative thinking. I have created programs that build creative capacity in individuals and teams, through concrete techniques like associative and reverse thinking. My goal is to help people and organizations become smarter, innovative and more successful by leveraging creativity.
