Mr. Childs business is focused on tenant representation, landlord development projects, landlord listing representation, lease/sale negotiations, financial analysis, and site selection utilizing detailed market information to deliver data driven solutions. Shawn is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the CBRE E-commerce Practice Group.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Childs acquired extensive corporate logistics, transportation, contract negotiation, sales and marketing management experience while working for Amazon.com (1999 – 2007) and United Parcel Service (1988 - 1998).

* Represent multiple ground up development projects in the Kent/Tacoma valley.
* Developed multiple national logistics networks that required specific real estate requirements throughout the US
