Vivek is the Founder and CEO of AltHire, an AI-native platform automating the full talent acquisition lifecycle—from ATS and sourcing to scheduling, screening, and skill-assessment interviews—delivering a truly hands-off-the-wheel hiring experience. With over 12 years in global business and technology consulting at Accenture and IBM, he led digital transformations for retail and financial leaders across India, Australia, The Netherlands, and the USA. Most recently, he spent nearly a decade at Amazon as Global Finance Head for the Seller Business across 22 countries, driving financial strategy and product innovation. For over 5 years, Vivek was also a certified Bar Raiser at Amazon. Vivek holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Bangalore and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
