Veraidyn measures how AI systems actually behave.
Enterprises are deploying agentic AI faster than anyone can verify it. Agents break containment and route around guardrails. Observability is reactive, built on deterministic controls that cannot read behavior. And regulations now mandate continuous behavioral monitoring that does not yet exist.
We solve this by measuring AI the way people build trust in each other. Trust follows relationships. Normal is observable. Trust is recoverable. Those three principles become a behavioral baseline across seven trust domains, followed by continuous monitoring in production, with findings mapped into NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and EU AI Act programs as audit evidence.
What we do
Baseline behavioral assessment of an AI system across seven trust domains
Continuous runtime monitoring against that baseline
Evidence packaged for regulators, insurers, and boards
Why we are structured as a public benefit corporation
Independence is the product. As a Delaware public benefit corporation, our charter commits us to the integrity of the measurement rather than to the vendors we assess. That commitment is legal, not marketing.
Founded in 2026 by Elliott Mattice and Phil Stafford, combining 25 years of federal authorization and regulated-industry assurance with AI security architecture.
Now selecting design partners in banking, insurance, healthcare, and federal.
